How to find the information that you are looking for:

Firstly, from a drop down box you select what league’s data you want to look at. Default is currently set to English Premiership

At present, the site contains data from the English premiership and Spanish Primera Division. Data goes back to the 2001-2002 season.

Next, you select what kind of statistics you want to see:

Statistical Analysis

Select how much data you want to analyse:

Choosing Season and specific data:

You can select a single season, combination of seasons or all seasons, either for an
individual team or for all teams. If a single team is selected, you can choose between their Home games, Away games or all games.

Next you select what type of statistics you want to see:

Overall data - for example, look at the distribution of half time scores, Full time scores, First goal time, Over/Under 2.5 goals for the data selected.

Click HERE for a full list of the statistics available.

Or if you select a Cross Analysis, you might – for example - want to look at the Final score in games where the Half time score was 1-1. To do this, you select Half Time Score as the area to analyse, and then select a scenario (in this case, any of the possible Half time scores), and select Final score as the final analysis factor.

If – for example - you want to find out which teams have the most instances of winning home games 2-1 or most instances of drawing home games 0-0 after 60 minutes, you would select data for All seasons, All teams, or any particular season or combination of seasons, and then choose a cross analysis. Then you would select your area of analysis (i.e. Score at 60 mins), and scenario (0-0), and select Home team (or Away Team, or Home & Away Teams):

Team Trend Data

For the team you select, Team Trend Data will provide you with the following information, over a season or specific number of home, away or all games:

Games played, wins, losses, draws, points won, average points per game, total and average goals scored and conceded, average total goals per match, number of games team failed to score in, and number that they kept a clean sheet in, plus sequences of wins, losses, games without a win loss or draw, average time of first goal scored and conceded, and a distribution of when all goals were scored and conceded.

To get all this information, you just choose what team’s data you want to see, select whether you want to see it for their home games, away games or all games, and then either select a season, or any number of recent games (i.e. you might want to look at a team’s last 10 home games, or their last 50 home games.)

Number of games since…

If you want to see how many games it has been since each team was involved in games featuring a chosen scenario, you simply select the area you want to analyse.

And then a scenario from within this area, and choose whether you want to view this for Home teams, Away teams, or All games. The example below would show how many games it has been for all teams – regardless of who was the home and away team - since they were involved in a game featuring a goal after 85 minutes.

Head to Head

Simply choose the 2 teams whose Head to Head data you want to see, and you will be shown the results for encounters dating back to the 2001-2002 season. You will also see whether games had over or under 2.5 goals, the HT/FT combination, and First Goal time range.

The order in which you select the teams is not important – all matches between the two teams will be shown.
